Database (cache) memory allocation

Do you know how to set up a memory allocation for each database only not entirely for all the databases in a server using MS SQL? the plan is to configure a database to consume up to 500 mb (cache) memory only. i've found some links that allows you to change the server memory allocation however all databases inside the same server will be affected as well. There are other application databases existing inside the server which requires huge amount of memory.

Hmmm.... Quite tricky, huh?! Im a programmer not a dba, that's why your juice of intellect is welcome.
