Reporting Services Speed Issue

I have a Web server running Reporting Services which has (all of a sudden) dropped in performance. When a user logs in, they are presented with an initial report (Main Menu) which provides links to other reports. This menu used to load up in less than a second now it takes 4-5.
If you click on any of the links to other reports from this menu, All of them used to load in less than 7 seconds and some were less than 3 seconds.
Now they can be anything over than 1 minute.

If I run the query from the dataset of the report directly on the SQL Server, they run as fast as the report used to open up so I dont believe the problem is with SQL Server.

The Web server has been rebooted and there is not much going on - process wise, but am a bit stuck as to what to check next.

Has anybody had any similar issues with reporting Services and/or know of anything I can check to get the speed back to what it used to be?

SQL SERVER = 2005
WINDOWS SERVER = 2003
ALL UPDATES/SPs APPLIED REGULARLY
