First, ask your hosting provider. They will usually give you what they need to host your database.

The easiest way, if they would allow it, is for you to backup your database, send them the backup file and they'll restore it. You might need to change some settings on your front-end application to connect to the db.

You're going to have to ask your hosting provider. Each one have their own setup.

IF you are allowed to connect to your distant table from your computer and not only from the hosting management only, then you can very simply use this tool to clone and transfer the data for you

DMC - Convert Migrate Clone Transfer Visualize your data from any source to any destination
