SQL Server 2000 Enterprice Manager Error

Can somebody explain what the following error means. When I try to select a
database in SQL Server 2000 Enterprice Manager I get the this error. You can
see all tables of the database normally and you can edit them but if if you
click the database name the error occurs. In taskpad pane top the
General/Table Info/Wizards tab names are 'undefined' and the Space
allocated bargrafs at the bottom are all grey/blue without any size textes
