Upgrading from 6.5 to 7 or 2000 with 6.5 software

I have a backup of SQL Server 6.5 database, but can no longer locate
my 6.5 server software. I would like to upgrade this backup to SQL
Server 7 or 2000 ( i do have this software!) , does anyone know if
this is posisble without the 6.5 software?

If the answer is no, does anyone know where i could find/buy SQL
Server 6.5, so that i can do this ?

There is only one way to load 6.5 backup: with SQL Server 6.5. The
storage architecture in 6.5 is completely different from later releases,
which is why.
