Dear all,

I am new to this product and am willing to gain some knowledge. Please
advise where to start and any books or free material available on the net.

Thanks,

If you're completely new to the product, it might be worth buying a book or
two aimed at someone in that position, especially if you're also new to SQL
as a language. This might help:

http://vyaskn.tripod.com/sqlbooks.htm

The latest version of Books Online is here:

http://www.microsoft.com/sql/techinf...2000/books.asp

There are numerous websites about MSSQL - try searching Google for "ms sql
faq" or "ms sql tutorial" etc.
