Design flow suggestions needed

I am hosting a lake party based on the Survivor theme. Only its not really a
party, we actually play games like volly ball, egg toss, ratf race etc. I
have created an online signup form and so far I am able to keep track of
team captains, and team players. Now I want the players to be able to Pay
before the system actually ads them to the team. (Right now they just get
added) The other trick is that I will no doubt have people that will want to
pay (PayPal) for their spouses and possibly kids to participate as well. So
how can I keep track of that, have them pay, let the system know that they
have paid so they can be added to the roster?

To put it another way:
The best way to start off is to say that I have most of it done but I want
people to have to pay (PayPal) before they actaully get to join the team.
They will also be able to sign up their kids as well but for a differant
price and they will not be on the teams listed. The "Survivor Kids" is a
whole different event to keep them entertained while the adults play.

See what I have so far http://www.boathousetimes.com/SURVIVOR04/default.asp

Thanks

Houston
