SQL Server under VMWare

Our server guys are pushing VMWare at us, anybody encounter any issues
running SQL Server 2K under VMWare ? I have an instance running on a
test server, but the application doesn't do a whole heck of a lot.

I run all my beta instances under VMWare and besides a slight perf hit I
have to say I am happy.

I haven't run SQL2000 on VMware, but several beta versions of the up-coming
SQL2005, and it works great. OK, so performance is not top-notch.

What the issue with your application might be, I have not idea, as you
don't include any details.
