MS Network Monitor Utility - How to get for Win 2000 Pro

I am trying to debug TCP messages from client computer going to a peer
server computer. (peer means not in a domain, but just in a workgroup,
over a lan). MS Kb articles suggest using the MS Network Monitor
Utility. (Netstat doesnt capture TCOP traffic dynamically).

If this utility comes with Win2K Pro, how to install and start it??

If this utility doesn't come with Win2K Pro, where might I
legitimately get it??
