Tables in Muliple Servers

What is the best way to use a table located on 1 server on another
server. We have an application that needs to use data from 2 separate
servers. TIA.

It depends on exactly what you need to do, but you should probably look into
"linked servers". That would allow you to refer to a table like this:

select * from AnotherServer.Database.dbo.Table

There's lots of information in Books Online on this.
