The articles on my web site

Since a few people refer to the articles on my web site, I've acquired
a less cumbersome URL. Now you can refer to them as
http://www.sommarskog.se/dynamic_sql.html etc.

The old URL will continue to work for the forseeable future, so you don't
need to rush to update any bookmarks.

There are minor updates to three of the articles:
* The Curse and Blessings of Dynamic SQL (local cursor with dynamic SQL.
Korean translation available).
* Dynamic Search Conditions (how to avoid table access with (NOT) EXISTS)
* Error Handling, a Background. (The once case where @@error is not set,
and some text on TRY-CATCH in Yukon.)

Except for the Yukon material, the changes comes from suggestions that
I have received by e-mail.
