There are many possible solutions. But without a clue as to the DDL, the
data or the required result the best I can suggest is that you consider some
combination of : UNION / UNION ALL / JOINs / subqueries / CASE expressions.
Post DDL (CREATE TABLE statements), sample data (INSERT statements) and show
your required result if you want more help.

I need to access a table and return 3 values from it in the same
