Space Available 0.00

233 100+
When I view the properties of our two main application databases in Enterprise Manager, both state that there is 0.00 space available. Given auto grow is set, why my this account for space available. I can also see that the one db's pages are around 70% full and the other is around 75%; is SQL Server just filling the pages to the set fill factor(which I should see what it is set at)?
