In DTS Designer, click Package | Disconnected Edit. This exposes all
the
properties of all objects specified in the package. Two questions,
1) how to edit transformation properties? for instance, column data
type
2) how do you add a new task to this package? for instance, copy a new
table from same source db to the same destination db as the package
defined
