Quick and Easy Replication

I develop with SQL Server 2000 at work. Because I occasionally work at
home I also have SQL Server there.

Although the data is not all that important, occasionally I make changes
to the structures of the tables in my database at work. (n.b. The whole
database is well under 20 MB)

I was wondering about a quick and convenient method to communicate those
changes home. I can't use networked replication because of the
firewalls at each end. (Maybe I could, but I don't know how.)

Is there any quick and easy way to transfer table structure updates from
here to home? I have CD-RW available at each end.

It would be acceptable, but not necessary to backup/restore the entire
database. I'm more interested in a one-button type of solution, rather
than an "efficient" method.

Other than using sp_repladdcolumn and sp_dropcolumn you can't really use
replication to transfer schema changes.

Best bet is whatever scripts you use to modify the tables at work, use the
same scripts at home.
