By using the following queries you can know the number of sps in the database
[CODE =SQL]
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM SYS.OBJECTS
WHERE TYPE = 'P'

-- OTHER WISE
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM INFORMATION_SCHEMA.ROUTINES
