Changing SQL Keys

I was wondering if there is a way to change out the Product/CD Key for a
MS SQL Server installation? I wish to swap keys (leaving the databases
intact) without having to reinstall SQL ... or would a reinstall not
adversely affect the existing databases?

TIA
