Database Books and Whitepapers

Does anyone know of a good book or white papers that compare the relative
strengths, capabilities and features of databases like SQL*Server, Oracle,
Informix, MySQL etc? Thanks.

The database textbook by Silberschatz, Korth, and Sudarshan
has three chapters on DB2, SQL Server, and Oracle.

That may be what you need.
