Cluster Database Failover Data in SQL Server?

Is there a method to determine if a cluster
has failed over via data stored in SQL Server?
I'm looking for a method to determine if a
failover has occurred by running a script
of some sort (i.e. T-Sql, Shell Script, etc).

Any ideas?
