Allow Guest account in Windows XP professional to use sql server

I have no knowledge of MS SQL server or .net development.

I have visual studio express installed on my system. I would like the
guest account to be used to learn the development work. It seems
Visual Web Developer is working only as long as there is no need to
connect to SQL server, it seems to be privileges problem, am I rite?
If so, how can this be solved, I would like the 'Guest' user be able
to use it (SQL server). Thanks in advance.

Environment: Visual Web Developer 2008, MS SQL server 2005
