Display roll having lowest marks in minimum 2 subjects?
Lets consider this tables:

student: studentid,studentname,studentaddress
marks: studentid,subjectcode,marks

Try this:

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1.
  2. SELECT s.studentname,s.studentid, x.subjectcode,x.marks FROM
  3. (SELECT studentid, subjectcode,marks,DENSE_RANK() OVER(PARTITION by subjectcode,ORDER BY marks ASC) rnk FROM marks) x,student s
  4. WHERE s.studentid = x.studentid
