Changing the Owner of System tables in sql server 2000

Guys,

I an facing a big problem and need ur help.
I want to chnage the owner of the system tables form "dbo" to another database owner say "company".The current dbo is "sa".
Plese help.

You can't change the ownership but can grant privileges to others.
