Translate from OPEN FOR USING and FOR LOOP from Oracle to SQL SERVER

Hi guys,

I'm new to Oracle and I need to transfer some scripts from Oracle to SQL SERVER. I've done most of them but this is where I'm stuck:

1. How do I put OPEN FOR USING in Sql Server?
ex:
OPEN MyCursor FOR SEL || FRM || WHR || ORD
USING PATNUMBER,, SORDERTYPESTR, SORDERTYPESTR, SSTATUSSTR,, SDATE;

2. How do I put FOR LOOP in SQL SERVER?
ex:
FOR REC IN MyCursor LOOP
STEXTTYPE := REC.CODE;
END LOOP;

I really hope anyone can help me plssssssssssss.
