Search related tables

Hello all,
my problem is that I am designing a reqrutment web site I have main table called users_tbl contains users information, first and last name, email, password bla bla and many sub tables related to the main tables such as education_tbl, work_experience_tbl, skills_tbl these table contains multiple rows for each user (Langauges spoken, Previous work exceperiences, Skills ,, etc)
Now the employer will has the ability to search the users CV's using education, work exceperience, skills etc
What I want is to select the requested search from these tables and link them to users table to show a result page to the employer, is there a way to do this, using SQL Server 2000
