Linked Server to DB2

Hi All
I am using Linked Server to DB2 but while running query getting error as below :
"Server: Msg 7403, Level 16, State 1, Line 1 Could not locate registry entry for OLE DB provider 'DB2OLEDB'." Though i have registered "db2oledb.dll" file using regsvr32 in \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder. I have Host Integration Server 2006.

The same task i tried using DTS. Connection is successful even i can query the remote server but i want to insert into one of the tables of remote database which i am not able to do. ERROR IS : "Defered prepare could not be completed. Statement could not be prepared. Invalid object name. 'dbname.dbowner.tblname'
Actually I want to transfer data from SQL Server to DB2.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
