space allocation

i am getting this error:
Could not allocate space for object '(SYSTEM table id: 12)' in database 'CRM63DB' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full.

cannot figure out what to do. please help me

You are probably running out of space on your primary file group. Bring the database to single user mode. Create a secondary file group with enough space.
This should probably solve the problem
