string functions in sql server 2000

hello

i hv a field having comma saparated int values n i want to find d count of particular value in d table

example :

jobtypes
------------
1,2,3,4,
2,7,9,
1,4,6,7,

n i want to find count of 1

expected answer=2;

plz help
