Error 40 : Unable to open connection and Security Issue

Hi,

When I am using "Windows Integrated Security" to connect to the database from the Report Manager... I am arriving at the "Error:40 Could not open a connection to SQL Server"

Can anyone help me in this issue??

Thanks and regards,
