output data of the table

I want to output all the datas of my table,
so i execute command like this:

EXEC master..xp_cmdshell 'bcp test_lin.dbo.test_a out c:\test.csv -c -q -S"server_name" -U"sa" -P"moving"'

then i got the answer like this:

NULL

but in the c:\ there is no test.csv file be created,
why?
