Sql Error When Trying To Install Sage Act

I am trying to install Sage Act on my server( Windows SBS 2003) I am getting the error: SQL server setup was unable add user Profile\administrator to local group SQL server 2005 SQL browseruser$ Profile-4600.
Sage has said this is a MS problem and given me a workaround.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, add the SQL Service account to the domain-level group for the Microsoft Full-Text Engine for SQL Server (MSFTESQL) service before you install SQL Server 2005 SP1.
Could someone please explain what that means and how to do it, i have been thrown in at the deep end and asked to do this but am a bit of a noob :S
