PolyServe DB Utility for SQL Server

Hello -

I am researching consolidation and management utilities for both SQL
2000 and 2005 and I was hoping there might be someone out here who has
either used or seen the Product.

Here is a link to the prod info. It used to belong to ESG Labs, and
now appears to be HP's.

http://www.polyserve.com/sql_server_consolidation.php

Many thanks for any insights in advance.
