Sql low performance

i have made an upgrade to sql database from 2000 to 2005, (detach from 2000 server and attach to 2005 server), but i had a low performance ?? i have a view that contain 2 linked tables that run very fast on sql 2000 but it become very slow on 2005 , any suggestion please

hello to all

i found an error in sql error log that was :-

"This SQL Server has been optimized for 8 concurrent queries. This limit has been exceeded by 1 queries and performance may be adversely affected."

this error comes every minute.


Please give solution if any.
