SQL Server job history

my question is: Where / in which table can I find the history of the jobs?

If you mean the history of the job runs, then I'm not aware of this being stored anywhere automatically. However you could log the history yourself by creating a JobLog table and get your jobs to add a record to this, with the details of the job run, each time the job executes.
