Powerbuilder Connection in MSSQL 2K Desktop Engine

Hi All,

I don't know if this is the proper forum but i would appreciate your comments on this.

I have a Powerbuilder 8 application that works fine on MSSQL 2000 Enterprise Edition. I tried running it on MS SQL 2000 Desktop engine since I need to work on a local computer for development and got the following connection error. "A SQLServer request resulted in a bad return code or status but no error message was returned".

I find it strange since those are both MS SQL 2000. What do i need to configure. Help please.
