how to access a sql server 2005 which as by default windows authentication

I have installed a sql server 2005 , by default it uses a windows authentication.
Now the problem is while establishing connection from my application written in c# in dotnet. It shows error exactly on line where ,I open the connection.
How solve this problem. Plz help me

The time it takes will certainly be shorter now that it is in a more appropriate forum. But wheter this is the best forum for you issue, I don't know.

what is the connection code you use??
[PHP]

I use this code to connect to SQL Server 2005
