Turn off "Documentation Feedback" section of BO for printing?

I wonder is there any way I can turn off the "Documentation Feedback" section
of the Books Online at the bottom of the pages... I'm printing some Books
Online pages for own reference.

Thanks in advance...

Which version of SQL Server?

I just tried printing a topic from Books Online in SQL 2005, and the
Documentation Feedback box was not included. I initiated the printout
by selecting the topic in the Contents menu and then right-clicking it.

Hi, I'm using the latest version of Books Online downloaded from Microsoft
website.... however, all the versions I used before (for 2005) all printing
output come with same "Documentation Feedback" box printed in the LAST page
(if I print the whole topic). It won't get printed, for instance, If I only
print 1st page of the multiple-page long document..

I try using right-clicking the result is the same...
Thanks for your reply...
