Get last 5 digits of a 16 digit number - How?

28
How would one go about grabbing just the last 5 digits of a 16 digit number - then prefixing the last 5 numbers with 99800

so if the number is 8351101100000029 I need my SQL (Microsoft) to grab last 5 digits which would be: 00029

Then prefixing 99800 to the last 5 digits to get 9980000029 ?

Thanks

Hi,
I am not too familiar with functions on numbers.
But one suggestion I can give is to convert the number into a string . Take substring to get last 5 characters . Then concatenate 99800 ,as character,to the beginning. Then convert it back to number.

Hope that helps
Cheers
