Hello there

I am new to this forum. I have a website page that is not loading properly leisurefurniture.co.uk/clearance.asp and I was wondering if anyone could help.

Although it is an asp page it does contain an SQL statement which IE is not liking.

The message IE throws up is Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e14'

Invalid use of Is operator in query expression 'product is is_clearence=1 and is_visible=-1'.

/clearance.asp, line 10

The code is as follows:

<!--#include file="include/header.asp"-->
<!--#include file="include/connection.asp"-->

<%
dim con,rsProduct

set con=Server.CreateObject("adodb.connection")
set rsProduct=Server.CreateObject("adodb.recordset")
con.Open(constring)
set rsProduct=con.Execute("select * from lf_products where product is_clearence=1 and is_visible=" &vbTrue)
%>

Please can someone help me.

Thanks in advance

Hi,
select * from lf_products where product is_clearence=1 and is_visible=" &vbTrue
In this query, please check the where clause.
It might be product_is_clearence=1 instead of product is_clearence=1

Hope it works.
Cheers
