how to use sp_cursoropen

I meet the problem when I use sp_cursoropen.
the sample like:
declare @P1 int, @rowcount int
exec sp_cursoropen @P1 output,'select name,id from syscolumns', @scrollopt=1, @ccopt=1

the output will give the field name "name id" without any data.
Anyway to remove this output. I don't want to show the fields name on the output.
