record insertion from muliple sourses

hi,
i am trying to make a stored procedure which inserts data into a table from temporary variables and by selecting a field from another table, please if any one could help me out, thanks.

You have to show what you already have so help wouldn't be blind.


But in general it sounds somethink like this:

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Insert into table A ( list of columns here)
  2. Select @Var1, @Var2, @Var3, column1, column2
  3. From table B
  4. Where .....
