Jimmy Liew
hi,

I found this error message in my Ms SQL Server error log. Does anyone know what is all about?

What I should diagnosis on this?

[HTML]The SQL Server management pack script "SQL Server 2000 Database
Health" is unable to successfully connect to the SQL Server instance
"MSSQLSERVER". The error message returned is "[Microsoft][ODBC
SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Login failed for user 'NT

Appreciate if anyone can help me on this. Thank You.

Do you have such SQL server "MSSQLSERVER"?

Is it possible that this user was trying to login to this server and didn't have rights to do it 'NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM'?

It looks like this user was trying to use Windows authentication to login.

This is all that I can read from this Log entree.

Thank you.
