Intermittent OLE DB connection problem -- SQL 2005 SSIS

I have posted this before. Now I have SQL server 2005 with Service
pack 2.

The problem is:

I get intermittent problem either when I am loading a file into a
table or exporting a table into a text file.

I get this following error message:
[OLE DB Source [1]] Error: SSIS Error Code
DTS_E_CANNOTACQUIRECONNECTIONFROMCONNECTIONMANAGER . The
AcquireConnection method call to the connection manager
"<serverName>.<database>" failed with error code 0xC0202009. There
may be error messages posted before this with more information on why
the AcquireConnection method call failed.

If I keep trying to execute the same package, in the 3rd or 4th time,
it will run. My co-workers do not have this problem at all. I have
sysadmin previlege on the server. Has anyone has come across this?

Once it starts executing even if it has three million records it
continues to execute properly.

Any Help will be appreciated.

Thank you.
