Database Synch. Problem using i'net

hi frdz
i want to do synchronization of database
the thing is like that,
i have two databases which is deve. in sql server 2005
(both are same)
suppose one is at Delhi and another is at Mumbai.
i want such a facility which can update the database of Delhi automatically
when change has been made in db of Mumbai .
it wont be frequently update the db,
it will be once in the day.
so by using internet facility will it be possible to update the db of Delhi from Mumbai.
i have got some hint such as DB Mirroring or Log Shipping but i don't get that how it will be do on the Internet.
so can u help me to do that?

I think you need network for that.

but what type of n/w r u saying?
i was doing it in the LAN but i'm not succeed
i want to do in the Internet.
