MS SQL - Copying data from one table to another in two different databases

Please help with a query to:

Copy data from TableA in DatabaseA and replace data in TableB in DatabaseB

EG:
DatabaseA has tableA with Item info:
Code Qty
abc 10
xyz 5

DatabaseB has tableB with Item info:
Code Qty
abc 2
xyz 1

Need to replace quantity in tableB with quantities in tableA
DatabaseB is a restored backup of databaseA
Tables are exactly the same.
