Never having worked with Oracle, nor with SSIS, I don't really know what
the problem is, but if the problem is that the MSDAORA provider is not
available in 64-bit, you should try either OracleClient in the .Net
Framework, or get hold of Oracle's own OLE DB provider. Whether the latter
is available in 64-bit, I don't know. But as I understand it MSDAORA is
largely outdated and does not work well with Oracle 10.

Thanks to the people that tray to help me.
I have found the solution to that problem.
To work with the SSIS that installed on a Window 2003 64 bit one
should know that the dev studio is an 32 bit application and the
oracle client should be a 32 bit oracle client 10g with the path.
After that you can create the connection to the oracle. If you chose
to work with linked server than you should install the oracle client
64 Bit with the right paths.
