How may cause Record disappearing from table ???

but..some times (something about one record to 100) the first table miss the record while the second has the id inserted
and when i'm checking those tables i find many ID's that in the second table - but disappear in the first one.

  1. Wrap both inserts into single transaction.
  2. Set up foreign key between these two tables.
With these changes you'll always have a consistent database.
