Query related to SQL ERROR

Hi All,

When I execute one exe file,I m getting SQL Error i.e. SQLCODE = [-4004], SQLERRMC = [Unicode data in a Unicode-only collation or ntext data cannot be sent] . please let me know why it is coming? If any one know.(Reply on my mail id).
Its urgent please!!!!!
