How to Update 1 field with the value out of another row

1
I'm strugling to create a query for the following problem

I have a SQL2000 Database and I would like to update 1 field out of 1 row with the value out of another row.

The field that is equal for the 2 lines is ItemCode

Original Row
The Fields that make the row which holds the good value unique is ItemCode and Country (Country= FR)

Wrong row
I would like to update the field price in the wrong row
The Fields that make the row which holds the wrong value unique is ItemCode and Country (Country= NULL)

example rows
ItemCode, Country,Price
Bottle001,NULL,150
Bottle001,FR,160

the first row needs to be updated to 160
Bottle001,NULL,160

How do I go about this
Thanks in advance

If I'm understanding the problem in a correct way, then you can use this one:

update #table set Price = (select Price from #table
where ItemCode = 'Bottle001' and Country = 'FR')
where ItemCode = 'Bottle001' and Country IS NULL

Thanks,
Devendra
