Making Connection to SQL

I want to make connection to Remote SQL Database table in Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004, but whenever i try to connect it, its shows error stating that "550_mmServerScripts:Access denied". what will be the problem.
I created DSN & ODBC, thru Control Panel of my Web Server.

I want to Work on Database, for that i wanna to retrieve database table to make connection.

For Ex:

Its taken from Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004;
Connection Name: abc
Data Source Name(DSN): 123
Username:xyz
PWD: 7890
Dreamweaver shud connect: Using DSN on Testing Server.

same i did in control panel of web server, there it says Connection Successful

Even in local server , its gives message Successful.
Help me plz to overcome from this problem.
