Where to Begin

Hello, My Boss would like me to learn "T-sql (this is for MS SQL Server)." I do not have any programming experience what so ever. Since they are paying for it I would like to know what is the best way to go about learning. I would prefer to do the learning online. I would appreciate anyone’s feedback and knowledge

I suggest you go through microsoft online course 2071 and 2073 and follow it up by getting the certification by passing the 70-229 exam.
